Shipping/Delivery Policy: 

When you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation with information regarding your order.

All orders placed before 12 pm daily will be processed that day and you should receive goods between 1-5 business days if in Australia.  If you are located in the outside of Australia, delivery can take up to 10-15 business days.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Hand Organic Customer Service if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us we will investigate your delivery to ensure delivery happens. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
